P.I. — From Isolation to Stability

When he joined RiseUsUp, he was working night shifts as a security guard and felt socially isolated, with little sense of direction for the future. Through career guidance and coaching, he decided to pursue professional training as a driver and successfully completed his studies. Today, he holds a steady job and lives independently with renewed confidence and optimism about his future.

A.L. — Finding Direction Through Education and Support

She entered the program feeling uncertain about her academic and professional path and in need of psychological support. With guidance from the team, she enrolled in vocational training aligned with her interests and completed two study programs successfully. Alongside her education, she received ongoing psychological support that helped her regain confidence and stability as she continues building her career.

L.N. — From Instability to Independence

He joined the program during a very difficult period of his life, having experienced homelessness and social exclusion. With structured support, vocational guidance, and temporary housing assistance, he was able to rebuild stability step by step. Today, he works as a home nurse and is fully financially independent, having created a new and secure foundation for his life.

Although highly capable, he lacked motivation and direction when he first entered the program. Through assessment and mentoring, he secured a scholarship for a four-year degree in computer science. Even before graduating, he was offered a permanent position thanks to his outstanding academic performance.

Despite strong abilities, he faced psychological challenges and an unstable family environment that made traditional academic pathways difficult. With guidance from the RiseUsUp team, he transitioned into a journalism program better suited to his needs and interests. He is now progressing steadily in his studies while continuing to receive the support necessary for long-term success.
